In this research, using ijtihad methodology, jurisprudential texts of Imam Khomeini (RH) were studied and attempted to extract the legal view of Imam Khomeini (RH) in international relations. Accordingly, the jurisprudential view of this great jurisprudent was examined in terms of anthropology, ontology, epistemology, and methodology, and finally the hypothesis of this research that the jurisprudential view of Imam Khomeini (RH) to international relations like the jurists before It is itself based on the doctrinal divide of Islam and disbelief in Islam. At the same time, it was found that in light of the new international conditions, Imam Khomeini, while endorsing the concept of nation-state as one of the main elements of international relations, rejected the nationalism and proposed the concept of Shiite and Sunni unity and the concept of ummah. The Islamic unit has sought to address the conceptual challenge of al-Islam. He also sought to redefine the concept of al-Harb and present it in a new and modern way by rejecting the hegemony of the disbelievers, the exaltation of Islam, anti-Semitism and colonialism, and hostility to the US and the Zionist regime.
